Day 2

Coffee Region

Flight Bogota-Pereira (1 hour)

Be amazed by the beauty of the landscapes listed as UNESCO World Heritage Sites before exploring the coffee plantations of a beautiful finca to discover the artisanal production process, from harvesting to the cup.

Day 3

Carbonera & Salento

After a two-hour drive on a dirt road followed by a walk of about an hour and a half, you will finally enjoy a 360° view of La Carbonera. Lunch will be served in a farmhouse before ending the day with a 45-minute horseback ride. Upon your return to Salento, if you wish, your guide will take you to discover tejo, Colombia's national sport.

Day 4

Filandia & Basketwork

Stop by Filandia, a picturesque village that is sure to charm you.
Stroll along Calle del Convento or Calle Real, admiring the typical facades of the Antioquia region.
In the afternoon, discover the ancient art of basket weaving and learn how to weave wicker strands, guided by passionate artisans.

Day 5

Orchid Farm

Transfer from Salento to Manizales (2 hours)

Arrival at Finca Romelia: a true ecological paradise near Manizales. Explore an extraordinary collection of over 800 species of orchids! It is also an exceptional place for bird watching, with over 218 species recorded.

Day 6

Salamina & Panela

Transfer from Manizales to Salamina (2 hours)

Departure by jeep to a family-run sugar cane farm. You will share in their daily life as you discover the secrets of sugar cane processing and its many varieties. Finally, you will enjoy a typical lunch at the finca with the family.

Day 7

Aguadas

Transfer from Salamina to Jericó (3.5 hours)

On the way, you will stop at Aguadas to learn the secrets of how Colombia's iconic hats are made. Arrival in Jericó in the afternoon.

Day 8

Jericó

It's impossible not to fall in love with Jericó! Spend a whole day exploring the magic of the coffee triangle. Lose yourself in its steep alleyways before climbing up to admire the breathtaking view of the Cauca Valley. A timeless interlude where the only watchword is the good life.

Day 9

Jardin

Transfer form Jericó to Jardín (2 hours)

Onward to the village of Jardin! Check in at the hotel and explore at your leisure. Be enchanted by its main square adorned with colorful chairs and the impeccably preserved architecture of this Andean gem.

Day 10

Andean cock-of-the-rock

Join your guide on a hike through the lush green landscapes surrounding the village. In the late afternoon, stroll through the narrow streets of Jardin and encounter the famous Andean rock cock in its natural habitat. A unique opportunity to experience the region's exceptional biodiversity.

Day 11

Medellín

Transfer from Jardin to Medellin (3.5 hours)

Check in at the hotel and enjoy free time. The city of eternal spring, as it is nicknamed by Colombians, has many hidden treasures. Take the time to discover every corner and little secret this city has to offer!

Day 12

Comuna 13

A highly cultural metropolis, Medellin buzzes with life in all its neighborhoods. Stroll through the lively, historic areas and visit Comuna 13 perched on the mountainside. Between street performances, hip-hop culture, street art, and encounters with locals, you'll understand how hope and joy have returned to fill the streets.

Day 13

Guatapé

Trajet Medellin-Guatape (2h)

The Peñon offers breathtaking views of the lake and valley. You can then lose yourself in the narrow streets of Guatape, decorated with numerous zocalos.

Flight Medellin-Bogota (1 hour)

Day 14

Last moments in Colombia

Enjoy a self-guided tour of the historic center and its wonderful museums. End of the adventure and departure for home. Have a safe trip back!
